After about 2 hours of pouring hot soapy water, tearing it up with various drill bits, a hammer, and some very long handled pliers, and then a final fire up and a belch of wet newspaper all over the garage and my car, it is once again operational!
Last February when we had that monster snowstorm, I sucked up the Sunday newspaper into our snow blower and it's been there ever since. I delayed working on it all year, as I thought there would always be time, and of course, I don't get it unstuck until the dumping we received all last week was over. Oh well, I'll be ready for the next one. Now I just have to figure out how to fix the flat tire on one side....
