This is the bakery we went to after Nate was diagnosed with Celiac disease. The family that owns it all have Celiac disease and they offer a gluten free menu, as well as gluten free baked items that can be ordered. They are really good. They also serve lunch there. It's a humble place out in Sandy, west of the freeway, but it is good food and they deserve to be supported.

They are a great family, they took the time to talk to us about how to handle going gluten free, which was very nice. I think we're going to head over for lunch there right now. Their Arepa sandwiches are supper yummy.
