We took the kids to see the fireworks at Liberty Park for the 24th and realized they had never really gone to a big fireworks display before. Scott went with us since my family had all gone up to Idaho to see Brian and Emily. It was a lot of fun. We took them to go on a couple of rides to pass the time until it got dark, which was fun. Nate and I went on the slowest ferris wheel on earth.
We got back to our nice grassy spot and the fireworks started. We then realized the trees blocked the show completely, so we had to pack up and go over to the street to the east of the park to see the show. It was a lot of fun.
